Before joining any course, all students joining our Institute must have read, understood and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions listed below. Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
Enrolment
In order to independently enroll in our school, the participant must already have reached the age of 18 years old.
Fees and Terms of Payment
The enrolment fee and tuition fee are payable not later than the beginning of the first lesson. The fees are due for the whole period mentioned on the enrolment form. The payment must be made to the following bank:

No CASH payment is accepted at the reception! Once the payment is received, the confirmation of enrolment together with the detailed invoice will be delivered to the Participant by the means requested on the enrolment form (mail, e-mail or fax.
The mentioned fees and the sales conditions are valid until December 31st of the year issued.
Minimum Number Of Participants
A minimum number of six participants (four evening) per course are required in order to effectively run the course. If the above mentioned number is not reached, Our Institute will inform the Participant at least two weeks before the start of the course. Reimbursement of fees paid will be automatically made. The participant shall thereafter not claim further for any damages and/or inconveniences caused.
Late Course Arrivals
Any participant arriving to the course more than five minutes past the beginning time must wait for the break to enter the classroom. This is for the respect of the teacher and the other participants.
Absence and Course Interruption
When a participant registers for a course, it means that they are committing themselves to attend it regularly. In case of absence or in case of drop out of the course before its term, for whatever reason, the course fees shall not be refunded in any way, not even on a pro-rata basis. In case of an accident or illness, the course can be granted for a later period in the year. A medical certificate is then requested.
Behaviour
Should a participant show an abnormal behaviour or bad intentions, our Institute reserves the right to exclude him/her from the school at any time. No refund will be given in this case.
Claims
All claims must be addressed to the Administration office. Our Operations Manager will thereafter study each claim and take the necessary actions.
Insurances
Our Institute declines all responsibility for thefts, damages or losses. Upon arrival at the school all Participants are responsible for their own material and private belongings.
Use of Photographic Material
Our Institute may take photographs of participants in order to illustrate its brochure, website and other relevant advertising material for the school. However, this will not be done on a regular basis. The school does not intend to disrupt the courses. A written notification will be given a few weeks in advance.
Should the participant disagree, he/she or his/her parents must precise this refusal in writing on the registration form.
All courses are conducted in the most respectful and controlled atmosphere, participants are not allowed to film or take any photos during the course.
