Send Money from M-PESA Account to CRDB Bank Account Using Pay by M-PESA

1. In the phone call screen type *150*00# and press call button
2. Select 4 to Pay by M-PESA
3. Select 4 to Enter Business Number

• Enter the business number now (CRDB Business Number is 900500)

4. Enter Reference Number

• Use bank account as a Reference Number

5. Enter amount

• Enter the amount you want to transfer

6. Enter PIN

• Enter your secret code

7. Press 1 to confirm

• Enter no. 1 to accept the transfer

Wait for the completion message from VodaCom and CRDB. If the transaction is unsuccessful, please repeat from step no. 1 above

Send Money from M-PESA to CRDB Bank Using Financial Services Option

1. In the phone call screen type *150*00# and press call button
2. Select # 6 – Financial services
3. Select # 2 – M-PESA to Bank
4. Select from the list # 1 – CRDB
5. Select # 1 to Enter Reference Number
6. Enter Account no.
7. Enter amount – Enter the amount you want to transfer
8. Enter PIN – Enter your M-PESA secret code
9. Press 1 to confirm – Enter no. 1 to accept the transfer

Wait for the completion message from VodaCom and CRDB. If the transaction is unsuccessful, please repeat from step no. 1 above
